this is a awesome place to bring a child who may need speech or occupational therapy!! the office is always clean and the staff super friendly and very patient!!! My son who is on the Autism spectrum have been coming here for almost a year and he has improved so much in the areas of speech and occupational therapy!! thanks so much to Ms.Angela...Ms.keisha and Ms.Phaedra....i give this establishment 5 stars

As a parent of an Awesome child with Autism, I must say just how much of a difference the therapists and staff have made in my son's life! My son is an introvert, he kept to himself, didn't talk much and didn't interact with others! I worked with him at home as best as I could and it wasn't easy to get him verbalize what he wanted! It was stressful but I knew he was/is a smart child and needed more help than I could give him!! I planned the seed in him but it was the wonderful therapists at Communicate to Connect that helped him bloom!! Everyone there, from the front desk to the therapists, are so patient and kind with not only my son but every child! The Therapists answers every question and gives detailed feedback on each session! They present things that can be done at home to reinforce what is taught during the session and areas that may need a little extra attention! They have truly eased our stress and given me the tools I need to help my son at home between appointments! Everyone has noticed his progress and his teachers are constantly telling me how proud they are of him! He interacts more and has become more verbal in school and at home! He even volunteers to go to the electronic broad in class to complete a sentence or write spelling words! He has also made the Honor Roll twice since starting OT/ST! I TRULY RECOMMEND COMMUNICATE TO CONNECT THERAPY to anyone seeking quality OT and/or ST care!! Thanks Ms. Phedra, Ms. Angela, Ms. Erin and the entire staff for all you do!! God bless you all!!

When looking for OT services for my child I wanted the best. After searching the internet and my insurance provider I was directed to Communicate to Connect Therapy. Deciding to work with them was a great decision. Courtney the front desk receptionist is great. Always polite and well spoken. My child's therapist Phaedra is the best. She always ask if I have any questions or concerns. Are there things that I would like to discuss to help me to make sure my child makes progress and get the most out of therapy. I'm happy that I went with my heart and mind because I have no complaints.
