CDP has proved extremely valuable to the start-up and formation of our non-profit organization. Their knowledge base, professionalism, accessibility and resources continue to educate and guide us as we develop our corporate documents, crystalize and execute our mission, vision and purpose in our community. CDP's services are a great value and all-encompassing concerning the life of a non-profit and I envision our organization utilizing them well into the future. Thanks CDP!

Mindy Muller at CDP is amazing to work with. They have helped many Non-profit organizations lift off by helping with organization and fund raising. If you are considering starting a not for profit, Please give these folks a call or email. I have heard nothing but great things from organizations that have used CDP.

If you are not organized, you're not going to get funded. Even if you think you are organized, you should get with Mindy Muller at CDP Community Development Professionals because she'll find ways to better organize. Her classes are small and to the point. She teaches the same content as the universities teach. The difference is that it is in chunks that are easy to understand no matter your professional level. Oh, and by the way, I've found that she genuinely cares. It's not an act.
