Dr. Chen did great work on my big toes today. I am very happy with them. She always does a great job on them every time I go to her.

I've only had one bad experience at their location and that was with a receptionist who didn't tell me that after being late for my appointment I would not be seen by the doctor she allowed me to sit in the lobby and didn't say one thing about me missing the appointment if the doctor hadn't walked past and saw me sitting in the lobby I would have never been told by the receptionist that my appointment was already cancelled this was after sitting in the lobby 20 minutes I know most doctors offices have policies about persons being late however there was no one else in the lobby the receptionist could have informed me that appointment was canceled otherwise I think the doctor and the majority of her staff are friendly professional people
Called the call center today to schedule my daughter (a new patient, mind you) and spoke with a TERRIBLE call center agent. She was very impatient, combative, & disrespectful. I was SHOCKED. I told her that I’d rather call them directly & she said that all calls go through their scheduling call center. Well I will NOT call then again for the fear of encountering her again!
