Jane Atherton

While going through my divorce, Deborah was the voice of reason as I was dealing with my anxiety. She taught me how to set boundaries, improve my communication skills and guided me through my mediation. Her kindness, humour and helpful strategies were a godsend. One of the hardest things I have ever had to do was to tell my adult children that I was separating from their father. Deborah was amazing in coaching me so that the news was delivered in the best way possible. I always felt so much better leaving her office than when I went in.
