The service at this location is excellent, some of the time the fleet in stock is pretty good, the fleet though has some high mileage vehicles. They need to be replaced.

Jen was amazing! We appreciated her help on a stressful day. She was genuine and explained all of our options to help in our situation. Upon return, the other staff member was helpful and said Jen was wondering how we made out. THANK YOU!
Super friendly staff.. waited an extra half hour to get us in our car as our flight was delayed
I was verbally told by the manager I would only be charged one day (since I used the car for work and would be able to return it until 30 min after the 24hr mark). So instead of leaving work early (which I could have) I returned the car an hour later with the promise I Would not be charged. And guess what?I was charged for an extra entire day and was told that \the boss checks the camera\! So now it's my responsibility to pay an extra 60 once this is clearly a company issue and miscomunication. Too bad I cant give 0 starts. Definetly not using them or recommending ever again.
They are out of this world. After one unsuccesful try with credit card they repeat only one sentence “ ... our sistem see you card as a debit...” more than 15 times... even I paid eith this card on line ??? They left me without vehicle because of system mistake. So I just cross 3 meters to Budget and took a car. I list 1 hour and ferry , too . The reason they do not like to work even they called some Boss to inform him to do mot give me a car in Caurtney... Just avoid National in Comox, forever.
