Staff who can't think outside the box, led by a bank manager who is cold and rigidly by the book. Loyalty means nothing too these people, we are only numbers too them. Been banking with Scotia for almost 20 years. This branch is the worst I've experienced. Presently looking for a different bank as both branches in the Valley are led and staffed by people who are punching the clock.

No one at the Branch has authority to negotiate! Mortgage rates are not bad but they need to be able to deal openly with customers.
