The pharmacists are always really helpful and always direct me to what product will best suit my families medical needs. And also the ladies who work in Cosmetics are always around and eager to help, it's our go to when we need somethig quick. From food to makeup or decor they have a wide range of good quality products.

Seems fine, not much different than any other Shoppers. Prices can be insane on most things unless you happen upon a sale, but there is a price to pay for convenience.

The pharmacist made a major mistake in informing us about how many innoculations could be administered in the store. She told us prior there would be no problem with the four required prior to surgery the next week. We walked in for the appointment late on a Friday and were told that only two could be adminstered. If we had the right information, we would have booked an appointment with our GP in advance. You don't expect a pharmacist to misinform you.
