Spaced out around the Pandemic, Signature West, installed carpets in two rooms and vinyl tiles in our ensuite in the last 4 months. Quality advice, competent installation and friendly service, were experienced despite the complications involved. Highly recommended.
My Friend who doesn't use the internet brought in flooring which she was told would match her current flooring. When it was brought in it didn't match. The sales person told her she could get a refund. She went in to get the refund and was told by the manager she was not getting one. She was never told if it didn't match she couldn't return it. Now she is out more than 600 and has no flooring. Make sure you get all the details before placing an order with this company. Poor customer service.
