I love keeping my vehicles clean and tidy and in the Comox Valley this is by far my favorite self-service car wash. There are five self-service bays with two automatic touchless car washes. All of the bays run and operate wonderfully and the two automatic car washes do a great job. I have had no bad experiences with any of the car wash bays. The one and only time I had to call the number the owner and operator responded immediately and was Beyond pleasant. The wash bays are kept nice and tidy, all the vacuums, hoses and soap dispenses wonderfully.

Had enough with this place. I think being a miserable, condescending, unfriendly, grouchy person is a staff requirement for working here. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Not just once but three times now, so its time for a review. I also think its overpriced. I am not spending another dollar there with the miserable staff you have.
Nice touchless wash ... Got some very heavy grime off the car.

If your vehicle is marginally dirty, then this car wash does a pretty good job, but if it is VERY dirty, do not go through the touchless wash, it doesn't do a great job on extreme cases, use the wand wash instead. The touchless seems to miss a lot of areas like the mirrors and wheels, even with the top package. It is great for a quick wash or to get some salt off, but from my experience it has never left me with a sparkling truck. Nothing beats a good ol' hand wash I guess - but knowing that, it is perfect for that salt removal when you come down from the mountain, or some pollen removal in the spring.
