Paul is really plugged into the the greater Denver market and the Colorado front range. He always has the most appealing deals and it is great to see how many interesting opportunities there are in the market. He always tells more than just the financial view... I have appreciated his videos as they tend to provide the color that gets a potential buyer beyond the numbers at first pass...

Worked with Paul for several years. He does a great job of digging into the details of a business and analyzing and disclosing its strengths and weaknesses. He is the only broker to speak frankly to his buyers and to his sellers in order to communicate the business strengths and weaknesses. He does the best job of any broker anywhere of communicating exactly what it is that is being sold. His seller videos play like a deposition of the business, uncovering and discussing the concerns of the businesses he is selling rather than trying to sweep them under the rug like most brokers. Yet he also does a great job of selling the strength of the businesses. The result is a very real no BS representation of a business that weeds thru the tire kickers and brings in the real buyers very quickly. Highly recommend.
