Prompt, Professional and Passionate. I highly recommend their services. My apartment complex's incompetence and lack of compassion left my family without heat for 3 days in a 5 day span, during a Colorado winter mind you. Compass Mechanical, technicians Nathan and Daniel specifically, came in and saved the day. They worked endlessly on their off-days, one of those days being "Superbowl Sunday", to resolve the issue before the next blizzard hit. In fact, I write this review during a snow storm, in a warm apartment, thanks to these guys. My family and I cannot thank you enough!

I had a really bad experience with Compass mechanical and would recommend you use a different company for your HVAC needs. They are unresponsive, do poor quality work, and are combative about resolving problems they've created. Steer clear.
