I am an agent and just received a call from Raul Hernandez. Loan Officer, stating he would not work the contract because he needed at least 21 days to close the file (funny because another review says he can close in two weeks). I kindly stated that we knew that and were happy to amend the closing date but we knew we needed to execute the offer right away. He said he had a good reputation to keep. I have never worked with a lender this negative. Instead of working together, he decided he didn’t want to work at all. I don’t believe that goes very well with the good reputation he is trying to keep.

Unfortunately my experience with this lender was not only short but unproductive to say the least. Had a brief discussion with Raul, who was not a pleasant person to speak with and was extremely short with me. He didn't offer any information, or express a desire be helpful in any way. I'm sure my business is welcomed elsewhere. I am at least thankful that this was discovered before valuable time was wasted.
