Great little cafe cum bar situated under an archway onto the square in front of the Town Hall. There are tables outside in the shade of the archway and is always a cool breeze blowing through the arch which is lovely on a hot summer day or evening. You can enjoy a drink or a ligjt meal while watching the world go by. Simple and very reasonable menu of bar food which is well prepared and tasty. It is clean and no sky decorated. Recommended.
I had un croque monsieur with fries and a salad as a side dish. The croque monsieur was small and tasteless, they charged the salad (made with 4 tomato slices and 2 leaves of lettuce) 8Euros, more than the main course. Never again!
Je me suis rendue hier à cet endroit pour boire un café en après midi shopping avec mon père et j'ai été très surprise de voir que visiblement les membres du personnel ne se sentent pas concernés par le port du masque obligatoire alors que nous vivons dans une zone bien touchée par le virus et où les restrictions sont de plus en plus strictes... C'est dommage car à côté de ça, l'établissement est bien situé et propre.
Petite brasserie sympa rapport qualité prix très sympa face à l hôtel de ville beau panorama.
Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire qui propose un petit plateau de fromages et charcuterie. Au cœur de Compiègne. Sympathique pour les jours de marché. A conseiller.
