We purchased this plan awhile ago, with the idea that we would be old and gray. However, we needed to use this recently with the passing of my husband. The initial process of signing up and completing payment etc. was so very simple and was done all online. This was so convenient. When it came time To contact complete cremation it was also a very smooth and quick process. They even delivered my husband’s remains right to my door. Now that may not always be the case but their representative lived not too far from me.

I can't thank everyone at Complete Cremation enough for everything. I lost my mama and it was the hardest thing I've ever been through. I was devastated to have to go through this process, but Michael and Matt were so extremely kind and helpful through the entire process. I was hesitant, I know my mama wanted to be cremated but it has always worried me if I will get my moms remains, if she will be cremated in what I want her cremated in. I had lots of questions, they not only answered them all but even took the time to give my fiance and I a tour of the facility and showed us how everything worked. They helped us more than I ever thought a company would. I am so thankful for them and I can't suggest them enough. For something so difficult to have to go through, they bring light to a very dark situation and really focus on making sure the family of the loved one is informed every step of the way. You can tell they actually do care about you and want to help you as if you were their own family members. Thank you guys, you were absolutely wonderful. Thank you for taking great care of my mama and granting her wish of being cremated. God bless you all!

These guy's are there during your darkest of time's and they are very courteous and sympathetic to what you're going through and super extra helpful. They're a small family business and treat you as you're the only person they are working with at the moment will never use anyone else if I ever have to do this again. Thank you Michael.

I would like to thank the staff of CCFS for their kindness and generosity in our difficult time. Mike emailed and explained the process and paperwork needed so that we could bury our grandmother. The staff took time to allow us to look at the different urns and as long as we needed to make our decision. I appreciate everything they did for us. Our family will continue to us their services.
