Dr McBratney and Jeri Stephenson have been fantastic. I have been going here for over 25 years and they always work with me and provide top notch service. Mrs. Stephenson is patient and a great listener. I never feel like she is in a rush to get me out and the next patient in. Keep up the good work.

I wish my name was United Health Care. I would get better service from this provider.

This is my second bladder infection in less than a year. Couldn’t get in the first time for several days so I went to CVS. Have one again today, Thursday, and was told I can’t get in till next Tuesday. Not acceptable. I was willing to see whoever I could get in to, but Tuesday was their best. I will go back to CVS and I’m looking for another doctor.

I love this doctors office, been using for 12 years. They are excellent with children and fast. Never a long wait and always friendly and helpful.

Everyone is very friendly, however, the COMMUNICATION needs huge improvement. My last Doctors there, Dr Duff, then Dr McBratney, never seemed to get information in, or out, like it was suppose to. At the end of very appointment, I would always ask the front desk: \What should I expect at my next appointment?\, and every time they'd tell me the basics, but not the important details; thus, EVERY appointment I was always met with a unwelcome suprise of something I SHOULD have known beforehand, but no one told me. When Dr Duff left on maternity leave and I choose my new Dr to be Dr McBratney, she was always assuming things about me that were not true, or kind. She lacked compassion. My appointments with her normally consisted of her popping her head in the door, hurriedly telling me advice, then disappearing. To make matters worse, she always had a young man with her, usually, REPLACING her Doctor Duties. He would be in the room alone with me, asking questions, updating records, or giving advice, and I still have NO IDEA WHO THIS MAN WAS!! No one introduced him to me, or why he was there, and after I'd be there a few times, it was too awkward to ask anymore. Was he a Dr, a Doctor-in-training, an assistant, someone shadowing Dr McBratney temporarily, the replacement for Dr Duff? No idea..!
