I try to be impartial when writing reviews and praise businesses as much as possible since I know how difficult it is to make a living in this touch economy. With that said this store does indeed offer original leather good for great prices that lasts for a long time and do not require any maintainance, apart from the regular lotioning. They offer, bags, jackets, wallets etc, the staff is friendly and cooperstive. However the reason I'm giving this place a 3 star rating is that the management does not offer a proper after sale service. U are unable to request an item to be made at ur own cost since they keep refusing making only 1 or 2 of it. Even if it's very simple, defects in the products take weeks to repair and special requests by customers are rejected and not met. I understand that the leather factory only takes orders with high volumes, however a small shop should be instated to handle small customer requests and repairs so that the customers don't end up going somewhere else

I googled leather products online and found this place. I went there yesterday and I was impressed by the collection. Products were well priced and all made of real leather. They have their own production line. I bought a jacket that I am hoping will stay with me for a while. The sales lady was very helpful and professional. I recommend this place for anybody looking for real leather products in Cairo.
