I hired this company b/c they differentiate themselves as mostly an assement, evaluation, planning and monitoring company (see their core services on their website). This is a valuable service to those who do not want the actual remediation labor company doing the assessment (this can be a conflict of interest b/c they stand to profit from the remidiation work). Therefore, it's good to separate the companies that do the analysis and planning from the companies that do the work. So Christy comes out to my home to look at my situation and I paid her on the spot for her consult. Afterward she emailed me her solution protocols (serving as my consultant). My problem with Christy is that I paid her to serve as a consultant which means a reasonable number of discussions to talk about my situation. After she came out and got her money, she no longer took my phone calls for questions; nor did she call me back when I left her messages. I will also note that while she was at my house assessing things, she offered to come and do the work over the weekend or the following week. This was my experience. The net effect was that Christy didn't care about me after she got her consult money from me. She ignored me and forced me to find other people to continue to evaluate my developing situation. If one's primary job is to be a consultant; their value is derived from actually doing that; she did it in a very limited manner which caused me to lose trust in her and her company.
