Bought from this company after searching through the reviews, ordered door which looks great for 24 hours then there was a fade patch on the door of about a square foot. Spoke to customer services and it's a manufacturing fault and they are sorting the problem out. Being kept up to date so can't ask for anything else. Would definitely recommend this company, excellent customer services.

We visited the showroom in Washington and were very impressed with the lady who talked us through different options for both front and back doors. Guy who came to measure up was professional but with no hard sell. We opted for a stable door for the back and absolutely love it. Fantastic service. Just waiting for the front door to be sent over from Germany and am sure we’ll be equally delighted. Highly recommend.

The door is good and we really liked the people but we noticed a very minor mark on the door and rang for advice. We were told that someone from the door manufacturers would contact us and when they did not the owner of composite doors chased them and the issue is now resolved.Very impressed.

After my original enquiry the team provided a ballpark budget quote for bifold doors, French doors as well as a front door. No hard sell, no rush and very well informed on the various products helping me decide what was best for me and my house. After the measurements were taken, the finalised price was actually less than the original ballpark estimate. Once the bespoke doors were manufactured, Eddie and the team fitted the doors over a two day period taking their time to get everything perfect. I cannot fault the build quality of the various doors and the finish of the fitting is perfect. The lads left the house tidier than it was before and I was shown how the locks operated and how to properly open the bifold doors. All the old doors were removed leaving me with a perfectly finished set of new doors ready just in time for Christmas. This is how business should be done - other firms should take note. Recommended 100% without hesitation. John
