This place is amazing! I've been going for about a month now. You get a personal workout tailored to whatever your goal is. Paul the owner is very knowledgeable and challenges you in the right way. There's help with nutrition as well if you need it. It's the first time I've started to see results from exercise and good nutrition together. For extra fun and challenges the studio uses Myzone so you can see your workout effort on a screen in the studio or on an app. It's not compulsory but fun if you do! I'd recommend this place to anyone like me who needed a refresh on fitness and nutrition.

Blooming amazing place! Paul and Fi are amazingly supportive people. As it's a small place and there's only 4 people training at any time, it's a brilliant atmosphere and we all feel like a family. Everyone supports each other with our weightloss/fitness goals. Everything you need to keep fit, healthy and happy are in the redroom!

I cannot stress enough how much you get from this place and Paul. He is knowledgeable, experienced and understanding. The approach used is perfect and personalised for each individual that trains. I am really pleased that I took \that step\ to begin investing in myself. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone of any fitness level or age. You are made to feel welcome throughout and meet like minded determined people that pull you through each session.

Great and very motivational both physically, mentally and emotionally. I thought that it wouldn’t work as I’m stubborn, overweight and totally unfit! In 4 weeks, I can now walk up and down Lincoln steep hill without breaking a sweat and this time last year, I walked up this hill once and thought I was dying . Recommend to anyone and small groups upto 4 per class, no massive egos and friendly and motivating group of which I’ve NEVER had in a gym. Great !

I've never really got on with gyms but CF you find yourself getting so eager to go, everyone is so lovely & make you feel welcome also support you through everything & Paul is an amazing trainer very knowledgeable & he pushes you to the limit (in a good way) so you can get your best results, including all your meal plans aswell, its such a friendly atmosphere, couldn't ask for a nicer place to train, I find myself asking why didn't I do this sooner!! Would very much recommend
