This place so bad. The ladies at the appointment desk hang up on you just about every time you call. Nobody calls you back. It is seriously impossible to get these people to do ANYTHING. Nobody should have to call every single time to give the okay to the pharmacy to refill a prescription. If you can go somewhere else, I highly advise that you do so.

Dr. Habib should have his license stripped. My friend who is 34 was told he would need an ablation. Habib told him he had a 90percent chance to fix my friends issues. Fast forward to after the ablation and he's doing ten times worse. He can barely breathe and is dizzy all the time. Habib acts like my friend should be fine when my friends quality of life is horrible. Habib and his staff refuse to take ownership of their incompetence. Habib is rarely in office and his staff will hang up on you and is extremely rude. When someone is suffering they should be met with compassion and this office completely lacks that. Do not go to this man. He may look and act nice but he's completely incompetent and will screw you over along with his staff. Other people have complained of the same issues as well. I wish we read the reviews before coming to this man for help. My friend is completely lost as to what to do to get help now.

The Actual Medical Staff and Doctors are excellent with great care for the patients. The Receptionist and the Office Manager however not so professional. They cancelled my appointment that took me 5 weeks and I missed a day of work to show up, then told me I could not pay cash for a visit if I have insurance because it is the law, which turns out was a lie. The receptionist then switched on her own the destination of my pill prescriptions to a Pharmacy of her choosing in Bakersfield instead of leaving it where it was which violates HIPAA Laws.

Girls doing test were friendly and nice, two weeks later no test results?? When its your heart results should be quick. very disappointed

I had an appointment at 1:30PM today April 11, 2019. I also had an appointment with a dermatologist at 9AM. Amanda was so accommodating understanding I didnt want to drive twice. She told me to come in and she will fit me in. Becky, the NP was so great and got me in post haste. And she was way too much fun. Love them.
