They lost my order upon delivery, then when they found it a week later they burnt my product without informing me (over 2,000 worth of aluminum that they made me pay over 2,700 for anodizing). Then when I scheduled a pickup they lost my order again forcing me to schedule and pay for 2 pickups so they could find the product again. When I received my burnt product I was furious and they refused to respond or call me back. The manager at the time then told me they would give me a discount on my next order so I did not pursue legal action. I just tried to make another order in good faith based on what I was promised and the current employee told me that my discount is not valid because that manager no longer works there and that my new order would be double the price of the original order per piece. This is the most incompetent and negligent company I have ever encountered in my life
