Be aware this is the most understaffed, inadequately skilled, incompetent group of people I’ve encountered. I was outsourced just for routine blood work. As mentioned in the review prior to mine, parklane takes on average 2 months to get referrals done. And that’s 2 months after one of the incompetent Doc’s deemed your condition “URGENT”! When your condition is urgent who wants this in their life! If you enjoy living, keep stepping! This place needs to be shut down.

Beware. Ever since the African American nursing assistant was no longer there, things went down. Both the new hires cannot do referrals. They either send them in wrong or do not know how to send them at all. Every single time I go there, they mess up something. Taking even months to send a simple referral. I’ve made complaints, Dr. Pallas doesn’t take them seriously. I even talked to my medical insurance to make complaints about them. They act as if their incompetence is my fault. I’ve taken off work to go to appointments only to find out they sent in the wrong referral. And now I have to wait weeks and take off more days of work to finally go to the right doctor. This is ridiculous. They need to be shut down

Place is very dirty chairs are black because they haven't been cleaned the staff ignores you when you come in you wait along time to be called even when you're the only person being seen the staff is too busy eating than checking you in.
