Staff is always kind. Wait times are reasonable (if I have to wait at all). Phlebotomists and lab personnel in the back are wonderful as well.

I had a test scheduled at Fairborn Compunet, When I arrived, I was treated in a professional manner and had the test completed post haste. I felt comfortable being there as all were wearing mask and hand sanitizer was available. The lab was neat and clean and well run. It was also close to home and therefore very convenient. This is a five star organization.

I can’t have blood drawn without fainting and it’s been miserable trying to get a doctor ordered blood test. I fainted at another CompuNet and was directed to find one I can lay down at. They have a nice comfy chair that reclines at this building. I let them know at the front desk that I would most likely faint and she directed me immediately to the room with the chair to recline in. A student came in to talk and try to distract me from what was happening. They helped me take deep breaths and keep breathing deeply. I felt myself starting to faint towards the end and let them know but by that point I was all done. They had me sit there for another ten minutes just to make sure I was okay. I strongly avoid going to the doctor because of the use of needles but this experience at this facility was the best I ever had. I’ve always fainted so knowing I could have an experience that I didn’t faint was so encouraging. Would strongly recommend this CompuNet!

This is the only compunet lab I have gone to for the last 3 years. I am a bit needle-phobic and they have been the best at keeping me calm & not hurting. I gave them 4 rather than 5 stars because one time when my doctor requested multiple tests they neglected to do one of them. They have always been friendly, courteous and professional.

I am most pleased with the care that was taken, when I go there. They are professional and always pleasant. I gave them four stars because as a handicapped person , I have a difficult time getting into the building. The parking lot it slanted for drainage, I guess. It makes it difficult to get into the car. It also has extremely heavy doors. On a walker it is almost impossible to get in and out without help.
