Awesome! The folks here are more than technically competent. They also know how to solve problems in a calm and objective manner. They communicate well with business men and women who do not have an IT or computer background. I would solidly recommend CTI (Computer Technologies, Inc.) to anyone who wants fast and reliable service, be it hardware or software or consulting.

FAST Friendly service. I had set up problems with my router/computer. They came to my store location and promptly fixed it. Thanks to Rob and the rest of the crew at Computer Tech. Jim K.

My computer was not working so I brought it to CTI on a Tuesday for diagnosis. Their website states they will \strive to have it back to you in tip-top shape within 3-business days\. I did not receive a call until the following Wednesday, however understand a delay due to the holidays. The representative explained the unit was in essence dead and needed to be replaced. I asked if CTI could assist in data transfer and the representative confirmed this was possible, before weeks end. I asked for more time given the purchase of a new unit is not something to be done hastily. Their answer was no, my unit needed to picked up. I asked if this was due to a space constraint which they answered yes, even though my computer only occupies about three square feet of space. I suggested picking up the unit, providing payment and then returning once I purchased a new computer for the data transfer. Their response was no, once the ticket is closed all time is forfeited. I asked if they expected me to make a snap decision on something that costs over 1,000 to meet their needs. Their answer was yes. How is this at all customer focused? They expressed no empathy, offered no ideas on how to work together towards a mutually beneficial outcome and instead clearly communicated a need to pay up and get my unit out of their shop. As a long term Salem resident who strives to shop local to support my neighbors it disappoints me to have been treated this way.
