Thank God for Computer Troubleshooters being so fast. I'm a college student who dorms and has one main laptop that I use to do all of my work. Randomly one day it would not turn on no matter what I did and I started to panic about getting my different assignments done at 11:59 pm that night. I dropped it off around 12 and got it back to me around 5 with a price way under what I was expecting. Great guys and I definitely recommend!

Brought a MacBook which just randomly turned off and didn’t turn back on while I was writing an essay for one of my classes and I brought it here to see if they could do get my essay for my class so I wouldn’t have to redo my entire essay and thankfully they were able to save my essay and even all my photos and documents! Very grateful for them and happy I don’t have to redo all my homework for my classes.
Brought in a MacBook Laptop to the apple store to get the data off of it because it randomly stopped working but they said they could not retrieve the data and tried to sell me a new laptop. Instead I brought it here and they were able to retrieve all my data off the laptop and did it quickly and with ease. Really good store that helped me out substantially.
Had an issue with my Macbook pro that could not be fixed by another store I had gone to. Finally found CT Amityville who not only fixed my problem but did so in a timely manner. I thought the customer service, responsiveness and quality of work was excellent. Pricing is very fair as well. Highly recommend this organization.
Such a great company that knows how to do right by its customer. I had a server issue for my home office and could not get anything to work, I called and spoke to Nick who sent over a specialist named Richard. I was up and running in under 2 hours, which saved me alot of trouble. Thank you guys so much for the help!!
I had a MacBook Air that had been dropped down a flight of stairs. The screen was cracked and the keyboard stopped working. I dealt with Richard, he said that it would be back working order in no time at all. 2 days later I had a full working computer and looks just as good as the day I bought it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Thank you guys!
