The best ramen in Concepción. The quality of the food is incredible, and there are many options to choose from. My favorite place to go for special occasions.

Six stars out of five!!! REAL sushi in Concepcion. The Rainbow Roll was great. The sashimi was excellent. Best miso ever. No seaweed salad. Recommend the eel. The salmon was fantastic! Tiny, tiny place. I was there early and was seated easily. Second visit at 8pm on Friday night. Still got a seat right away. Good service. Good attention to detail. Well-run place. This is my absolute favorite spot in Concepcion. Definitely! Congratulations Chef!

What a wonderful restaurant!!! Izakaya Sushu is a cozy place whose owner is also the main chef. You can find different appetizers, noodles, soups and rolls in the menu full of fresh ingredients. The sushi rolls, and the only plate I had, might not be big for some people who are looking quantity instead of quality, but I can guarantee you cannot find such taste in other restaurants nearby. Service is excellent, and waiting time is understandable when you consider it is a small place, around 20 minutes. Something to keep in mind, and possibly the only downside, is cash or wire transfer payment. Also, I would suggest to make reservations if you don't want to wait for a table. It is a must to visit this restaurant if you are in Concepción and looking for some traditional Japanese food.
