Good Morning, I am writing this letter to Euguene Ganin's manager to bring to your attention and express my sincere gratitude to you for my experience regarding his commitment to delivering quality customer service and an exceptional experience I have received with Euguene Ganin. Euguene took the time to explain with me the product and which would best meet my needs. I am pleasantly surprised with the level of attention to details that's been provided to me and this is by far one of the best experience I have had in many years. I am impressed with this level of customer service as I have not previously experienced this level of service with my previous service provider. I feel that making the change over to All State was one of the best decisions and have shared this with my friends and family. I was more than surprised at the positive experience I received and never knew that this quality of service and commitment to customer service was available as my previous experience with my broker / insurance provider could never compare to this level. My husband Farooq-he has anxiety and a language barrier so that makes it hard for him to follow conversation sometimes. But Brittney was very patient and took the time to explain her answers to him. She also helped him get a better deal on his car insurance. I really hope we get to deal with her going forward. Highly recommend her!

I will keep this short and sweet. I am writing this not to vent anger or harm this business/office. I am writing this to save possible future customers some time and pain. Please go elsewhere if you are looking for insurance. Working with this Allstate office was probably one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. From improper documentation and delayed responses all the way to policy errors and inaccurate data, this office did it all. Take your valuable business elsewhere.
