I purchased a mattress from Alta Moda Furniture. In late June, i contacted the owner, Carmine Colacci regarding the sagging mattress under warranty. I have been waiting 3 months for someone to take responsibility to help settle this matter. After numerous phone calls, i am still being given the run around. As of today, September 25, 2019, when i told Carmine's daughter that if this matter is not resolved by October 1, 2019 i would take Alta Moda Furniture to court. Within 10 minutes, the owner, Carmine Colacci called me from his cell phone, cursed me out and told me to take him to court. Shame on him and his lack of customer service as owner of the business. I have given him a lot of business over the years and one time i have a complaint, this is how he handled it.

Alta Moda is excellent!! Gaetano and their team are so welcoming and helped me figure out what we were looking for and what best suited our needs. And their products always turn out beautifully! I've gone back again for a couch and sitting chair, both on which I still get so many compliments -- for comfort, durability and design. I'm always so impressed with Alta Moda and their end-to-end service, and they remain my go-to place for our home decor needs.
