They charge 6 for a croissant made yesterday that they add pistachios on it to make it pass. Croissant is hard as rock evwn after heating it up. That place is a big joke

We have always visited Aroma when shopping at Vaughan Mills... but today we got take out as sitting was a 2 hour wait. AND after getting home we discovered olives and roasted red peppers in our tuna sandwich! Which NEVER comes in it. And the tuna is always nice and dry today it was so full of mayo the bread was mush by the time we got home which is about 15 minutes away. I am pregnant so eating the olive filled tuna sandwich isn't even an option. My coffee was also VERY Bitter! Extremely disappointed! Seem that restaurant are not living up to the expectations since Covid. Hard to keep supporting.
They charge 10 for a soup but cant even fill up the bowl. People there dont seem to care
As much I love Aroma I always seem to order the thing that they’ve run out of at this location. First it was the mango kale smoothie, then it was the bread for ALL sandwiches. It’s a great place for vegan options where they’ll sub cheese for tofu free of charge. Everything is made fresh so it’s easy to custom for foods preferences. I just wish they’d have better management of their inventories I guess.
You come in to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and you are not even greeted, no smile, no ones happy to be there. Thats on the daily, i work in the mall. I think im going to go get my coffee somwhere! Cant deal with these bad vibes on the daily specially when its supposed to be a high end coffee bar!
Its really not a high end coffee bar, the prices are high but nothing to back them up. Theyre always out of items on their menu. The staff there is antisocial, never smile. It doesnt seem they like their job. Everytime i go in there i leave unsatisfied. Its either they dont have mint tea or they barely fill up the bowl of soup they charge an arm and a leg for. They basically dont give a f*** about nothing
Feels like no one is happy to work there. The vibe is really bad
