The tech that arrived to service my fridge was friendly and professional, and efficiently diagnosed the issue. The best part was they had the part on hand and was able to complete the repair in one visit. The tracking system in order to see where in line you are for that days service calls is a very helpful feature which allowed me to minimize the time spent waiting for the technician to arrive. Overall, I would highly recommend ARS.

They performed a repair on our 5-year old Samsung refrig (model #RF26HFENDSR/AA) with the problem of ice buildup. Samsung said the refrig is out of warranty after one year (one year - can you believe it for a large appliance?). ARS changed the whole control panel with a new Samsung part. Four months later we called them for the ice buildup problem again. But they said the repair is out of their 3-month repair warranty, and they need to charge us all over again to take a look at the problem again. We conclude that neither the repair nor the Samsung refrig is worthy of all the troubles to go through.

The service was absolutely amazing. I had previously called another tech repair company and they took over a month to tell me that they couldn’t fix my washing machine and that I would have to buy a new one. I called ARS and within 5 days my washing machine was fixed. All parts replaced. Their speedy service is outstanding, but also great pricing for the superb quality of work! I’m beyond happy.

So... Where do I begin. My LG refrigerator's condenser and compressor stopped working but was still under their warranty. After contacting LG, they recommended that I have it looked at by ARS. ARS finally came in to look at my refrigerator after a week and then, ordered the parts. That same day, I received a call from ARS that the parts were in stock. However, I the appointment I received for a technician to come to my house was 12 days after that call. Today is the day that technician was supposed to come between 12-3pm to replace the parts under warranty. At 1:25PM, I got a call today from the technician that he did not have all the parts with him and will need to wait for more parts before he can come and repair the refrigerator. Interestingly, it was the same technician who performed the diagnostics on the fridge and I am having a hard time making sense of the fact that I was notified that in the middle of my appointment slot which was booked 12 days ago. Almost 3 weeks have gone by and absolutely no intervention for an issue under the warranty. I am not sure what criteria a company has to meet to be an LG authorized repair company. Interestingly, this business has received plenty of positive review but unfortunately, my experience has been horrible thus far. The tool to track the technician is all right but what good is it if they tell you they have to part but then they cancel the appointment during the appointment time slot because the technician actually did NOT have the part?

Sam did a great job diagnosis and fixing the issue. He fully explained the problem was exceptionally clean and considerate. I was very happy with the work. Definitely recommend.
