I've been searching for audio equipment that suits my needs on a regular basis on occasion l search audio ones web site they have on trade in some quality components the price is exceptional and there knowledge in AV is on top i still own every component i purchased ( new or used ) l love this hobby since the 80s and own some rare pieces always watching i saw that classe amp BUT i lost out

Alex is an amazingly knowledgeable man in all things audio. More importantly he is as honest as the day is long. He will not recommend “upgrades” that don’t bring actual performance increases commensurate to the cost increase. I was looking at a possible upgrade for my Krell FPB 200 and Alex informed me not to make the purchase as it would not make any meaningful improvement and might actually result in a decrease in sound quality. Same thing happened when I was looking to upgrade my Anthem D2V3D. Not many people of his caliber in sales of any kind much less audio. The store owners are also very personable. Always enjoy my time when visiting Audio One.
I usually go to Audio One every 5 years for the past 30 years to update my system be it a cable pream amp or speakers and each time I do I'm given their absolute time to compare the products. Sometimes the equipment doesn't integrate as well as I thought and a refund is done. For the most part these guys have treated me with respect and have given me the time to be certain about my purchase even if it's a 100 cable I find dealing with guys there, as they're knowledgeable and passionate about music For me Yuri is patient and his professionalism always comes through.
