How disappointing I was looking Forward to seeing some great clothing and was let down greatly. The sale is on everything Banana Republic is tryin to throw out. Wasn't even worth it.

Outlet store with current season items at regular price but the outlet items are discounted. During the weekdays the store is generally very clean and organized. Staff are attentive and helpful. They also have a petite section for women.

I go to this store a lot, but today was probably my last visit. They have a promotion (family friends event) 40% off everything. The cashier didn't honour this for clearance despite the fact that both the fitting room staff and the employee handing out the promotion indicated that it applies to your entire purchase. I also rest the disclaimer on the offer and there was no mention of clearance being an exception. I asked again after we purchased the item without the discount. The lady at the door said it does apply to everything but once I told her about the cashier not honouring it, she said that "it no longer applies". I don't think that coupons and their disclaimer would suddenly change. This lack of respect for customer and being deceitful is very upsetting. I really hope the manager at the store would address this.

Amazing customer service, they came up to me and helped finding the right product and even went as far as changing sizes in fitting room for people to find the right size. Thanks to everyone

Always a classic outlet for some great outerwear to premium clothing line, especially started since yesterday, a huge deal is on till this Monday 19th August like a Black Friday deal.

Always great prices for value and style. Worth coming again and again. Lots of different sizes including and a great selection of petites.

The sale that we caught ourselves in the middle of was very good price reduction wise. Although the articles I purchased were beautiful but all had some kind of stain I didn't notice until I got home.

It is a good store to browse and find good bargains, there were a large variety of clothing available there. You could literally find so many garments, ranging from thick protective winter clothes to light and sexy summer clothes! Unlike some of the warehouses, there were almost all the sizes available in the stocks, so you could definitely find something you need! The staff are nice and friendly, and quite helpful I must say.
