During country wide phone outage, they were able to quickly assist and found alternative solutions to ongoing issues. The representatives Dhara was professional, helpful and courteous. Her knowledge exceeded above exceptional service and I was in/out within 20 mins. As such, I wish I could rate higher then 5 stars. Best location to conduct personal and professional business for all of your Bell needs. Highly recommended

Me and my friend went to the store to know something about new iPhone 12 and sales consultant KHURRAM helped us. He was very friendly and gave us all the information that we need and we got two iPhones12, 2 Apple Watches, AirPods and a tablet. Thanks you very much for this great customer service.

Mistreated by Rep Dhara, Such a Racist lady, did not allow me inside 1pm on monday. I am Bell customer and Bell technician. 8 person limit board outside but she said only 3 person limit. 2 customer inside 2 employee. She wasted my half an hour outside at Door
I wish I could give 0 stars. The employees, Tony and Darha, provided terrible customer service, especially since one of them was a manager. They were disrespectful as they proceeded to hang up the phone while I was asking questions. Terrible experience. They need to provide better training for employees as they were very unprofessional. I hope this never happens to anyone else. You're better off going else where.
So after 3 failed attempts at activating a simple line online/over the phone, I decided to go into the store. Not only did the manager on site help me out right away, he registered and activated my line instantly and also got me additional discounts that the phone rep didn't offer. Great experience!

Extremely disappointed with the service at Bell Vaughan Mills. Toni and Darhar are a terrible representation of Bell as they lack professionalism. They sold a phone that was reserved and explicitly shared with me that business comes first- how ridiculous considering they sold a phone that wasn't meant to be sold. They have no regard for customer's experience and it is clear that they have no understanding of professional ethics. I found it rather ironic that Toni was a so-called manager. They also rudely hung up the phone without resolving our problems. Luckily, the Bell representatives at Fairview were super helpful- they are a perfect representation of Bell. I would recommend Bell at Fairview any day over Bell Vaughan Mills.
