Through a terrible experience with my best friend, the owner has lost all my respect and I will never recommend this place to anybody. Take his name as a warning because he will rob you! Wanting to charge for 300 guests when you can only have 10 is not acceptable and there is absolutely no care for the client.

Exceptional venue to Celebrate any Special occasion. I have photographed Sweet 16 parties, 25th Anniversary parties, multi family photo shoots and more. I have personally organized parties here for my family as well, that is how much we enjoyed the food and services.
I would give this a negative rating if I could. The owner of Bellvue has lied to us several times since last fall in any attempt to keep our deposit. We called last fall to ask them what was happening since our wedding is in June 2021, we didn't hear back for weeks. We heard back from them after several phone calls and emails in November 2020 and they said they are making a plan for 2021 and will let us know in the new year and that we will only pay for however many people provincial legislation allows you to have. we then asked the owner if we can move it to next year June 2022, exactly one year after our wedding date so we can do a one year anniversary party and he told us that date is available and he will put that date on hold for us on a Friday, we call back on the following Monday after reaching out to all of our other vendors over the weekend and he goes to us “no that date isn't available”, it never was available. PLEASE take your business to a venue with integrity such as Royal Ambassador who only charged their couples for the amount of guests they had. I’m sure many of the other couples will agree that his reputation is completely soured from his own doing.
This is a unethical and dishonest venue that does not take its clients into consideration at all. Rather than help facilitate one of the happiest moments for a couple, instead they take advantage of a global pandemic and force couples to keep a 350 person minimum no matter when the wedding is booked for, despite the actual health and safety regulations in place across Canada. Not only is this unrealistic but it’s disrespectful to those who are trying to stay safe and follow the guidelines to prevent further outbreaks of covid19. The experience with them has been extremely frustrating, with our contact being manipulative, dishonest and rude. Despite trying to be flexible and readjusting something we have been looking forward for soon, finally they left us no choice but to cancel with them. While I understand this is a business, keeping a 10k deposit while forcing clients to keep a 350 people minimum when there is still so much uncertainty around the health and safety concerns due to covid19, it’s honestly a really snake type of thing to do. Bellevue manor could have handled this in a proactive and compassionate manner but the experience has been nothing but hurtful and frustrating. Please avoid this venue at all costs, it’s not worth the headache or heartache.
Food and customer service is always great here.
