I would like to first and foremost take the opportunity to thank Adir and Ben of B.J. Electric, for the great gesture of benevolence and kindness they bestowed to a senior in need of help. Kathleen Chin purchased the LiftMaster 8500W Elite series from B.J. Electric. An installer originally installed this unit, and has NO affliction with B.J. Electric! 2 weeks ago Kathleen had once again had an issue with her garage door not opening, and she was unable to use her vehicle for 3 days. We called the installer for a second time and he wanted to charge her a ridiculous amount again, so I declined him coming. I called LiftMaster and they reported that not only was it a poor job but 4 items were missing from this box set. They advised me to call the store where it was purchased and verify what items came with the set. I called B.J. Electric and spoke to Adir and we both recalled our dealings with this purchase. As our receipt showed that indeed 4 items were missing in that garage instalment. Adir showed immense concern and distress as what happened to Kathleen. She took it upon herself not only to go the extra mile to resolve this situation, but had 2 installers come in and redo the entire installation and rewiring. Gave her a new WiFi unit and all 4 items that were missing replaced. The job was done impeccably and in a very timely matter. WOW. What efficiency and professionalism. And on top of this, it did not cost this senior a penny. I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS KIND OF BUSINESS P.R. IN SUCH A LONG TIME. IT WAS NOT ABOUT MONEY BUT ABOUT EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS. I TOLD MANY PEOPLE ABOUT ADIR AND BEN AND THIS COMPANY. BECAUSE THIS WORLD IS LOSING ITS WORK ETHIC AND PRIDE IN BUSINESS AND TRULY THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT IS LEADING IN ABOVE AVERAGE SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. WITH FAMILY INTEGRITY, CHARACTER AND EXCELLENCE.

Indy and Ameet did a fantastic job of installing a new LiftMaster 8550W Elite Series garage door opener for me. Not only did they make quick work of it, but they also spent time teaching me how to program it and answered any questions I had. They also removed any old parts/trash so I didn't have to deal with it. I highly recommend them and will surely call them back to install another one!

We are very happy with the quality of our new garage door, as well as the way it was capped and finished. The salesman's advice about colour was right on. The new opener is much quieter than our old one. And the windows across the top let in lots of light -- we haven't had to use the garage lights at all! The installation guys did a great job . Installiation was fast and perfect.We also got brief tutorial on the new garage door and the door opener. I recommend everyone to get there door from BJ Electric ️. There’s guys are professionals.

very bad experience with this company for a single remoter he gave me the wrong remote even though i show him pictures of my garage lifter and then he didnt want to take it back. he sold me 25 the remote plus 10 for garage door lubricant plus he wanted to come to my garage to charge 40 to program the crap remote with a fainted logo. Id not recommend this company to anybody
