Avoid dealing or buying your home with Cachet. Extremely poor workmanship and customer service. They built my house three years ago with so many errors and building code violations. They have used defected material, which is now causing structural issues with my 1.4 million house. I'm going thru a lawsuit against them now, so save your money and deal with some other respected builder.

Awful company. From the site supers, to the site reps, all the way up to the top (Desi Auciello), this company lacks any semblance of integrity. I had many small issues with my home, and several major issues (missing insulation, major leak in the master bedroom). The only way to spur the company into action was to file suit against them. Feel free to visit the Cachet development at Barbertown in Mississauga, and anyone on the street will be happy to vent their horror stories. Stay away ... far away.
