By chance, I met Darren last fall when he was working on a vehicle in my neighbourhood . Recently, I put a significant mark of the rear plastic bumper cover on our Honda CR-V. I contacted Darren and he fit me in a few days later. I arrived at his shop at the appointed time and was greeted with a warm, sincere and friendly greeting. He took the vehicle in to his shop and over the next two hours, proceeded to work on it while I watched. His shop is neat, spotlessly clean and well organized. We had a pleasant conversation while he worked. He is a perfectionist and nothing was good enough until I was completely satisfied. The repaired area blends in perfectly and our CR-V looks as good or better than new. Thank you Darren, it was a pleasure meeting you and finding someone whose work ethic is nothing short of perfection.
Had a gouge on my bumper where the paint was completely stripped off. Very happy with the work Darren did. He blended the paint (pearl white) seamlessly. You can't see it was re-painted.
Darren's quality of work can only be surpassed by his commitment to customer service. I have taken three cars to him and every time, his work exceeds my expectations (which are very high!).
