I would highly recommend going to Caryl Baker Visage for any of their featured services. I went there to have my daughters ears pierced and felt completely comfortable with the environment - especially their Covid protocols. Tania and Carly were AMAZING. From the moment that I entered the store I felt comfortable and was addressed professionally and warmly. Both ladies made my daughter and I feel very comfortable. I love the little certificate that she received after the piercing was complete. It was adorable! I would definitely go back for their other services simply because of the customer experience that I received was the best!

I went in to get pierced and the staff was super friendly. They explained everything in detail, the aftercare and to why they mark where they do. And they even asked if I like the placement of where the earrings would be. It was very clean and the staff wore masks and face shields. There’s a limit of 6 people at a time, which I liked a lot. They cleaned everything as after they were done being used. The piercers are certified to pierce and know what they are doing. Would recommend getting your ears pierced here. Even kids, as I saw many babies getting their ears pierced.
I absolutely loved my experience at this location. All the staff are fantastic. I felt so safe and they had great covid protocols in place. Corinne is a fantastic manager and you can see that with the staff and the quality of services and the great customer service. Can't wait to come back in 2 weeks. Highly recommend this place for all services.
I've been going to Caryl Baker Visage since end of 2015. The ladies who work their are always so welcoming and take their time on clients. The place is always clean and well taken care of. I always go to Alex or Tania if I need a brow wax. They're very friendly, and make good conversation, along with knowing how to exceed their clients expectations! I will always go to them when in need of a brow wax or in any other need of service! They always let you know if they have any promotion and sales going on, along with facial services they offer! If you need brows waxed, makeup done, ear piercings, eyelash extensions, or facials then ask for Tania or Alex!! Will not go anywhere else other then to them!!!
Alex and the other employees are fabulous. My four year old was not letting me clean her ears (they were pierced at Visage in August) and I asked if I could bring her in just for them to clean them up. They were so gentle and comforting. This is a great spot to get your child's ears pierced since they will continue to provide great service beyond the initial appointment.
My friend recommended me, to come get my lashes done by Alex. I came in for a natural set but ended up doing a full volume set after she showed me pictures of a variety of styles and looks. Turned out I liked the volume look the best for me. She ended up taking only an hour and a half, which was amazing. I've had my lashes done at other places but by far this is the best set I've had. Will recommend all my friend and family to go to her. Thanks Alex!
We pierced my first daughter's ears here in 2018 and just returned today to pierce my younger daughter's ears, and both experiences were exceptional. The staff are so thorough with their explanations, and cautious with the actual piercing. Two staff members pierced the ears at the same time to make it easier and less painful for her. Such a great experience! Highly recommend.
I came in for a Brow Lamination and was told about the promotion on brow lamination and lash lift combined for a way better price. couldn't turn down the offer. Came out amazing, better than I expected! Karly did an amazing job and she was very professional. Will 100% be coming back to this location to try out all their other services.
