DEFINITELY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS STORE. I went for a screen protector, for my Samsung 20 P when I got home I realized that my fingerprint did not recognize it, I canceled it and put a pin code. after a few days the top began to peel off. Today I went again, to the one next to Freedom, (the same one that I went the first time) I put a new protector on it, and I tried the footprint before I left, I didn't recognize it, the seller tried to do it and I couldn't either, sometimes it charged up to 18%, sometimes not. Then the seller told me that I would have a problem with my finger. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT !!!! It made me want to throw the phone over his head. My husband told me, "OK let's go and do it at home calmly. Being at home it still did not work, and not only that when I wrote it felt like the screen was cracking, so I took it out. And now I'm without a protector waiting for go tomorrow to another place that is more responsible and does not SCAM the customers. Definitely bad attention, terrible products, my daughter has put her protector covering half of the camera of her IPHONE 11, too. Do not waste your time And neither is your money here.

Quick and prompt service. Got my phone screen repaired twice no complaints best price and lovely cheerful staff members. P.S. one of the best customer service representatives I've met in the mall ready to help and Frank about the product and services offered. They also have started custom printed cases a sample of which was very appealing and yet a competitive price in the mall. Highly satisfied.

Stat away from these thrives. My friend brought his IPhone there the next day it stopped working. He brought it back and they refused to honor the warranty saying there are two scratches on the screen. It wasn't dropped or anything the scratches are on the inside of the screen so no idea how that happened. They refused to fix it and were incredibly rude. These people are thrives stay away!

I would give this place negative stars if I could. THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Went in to get a screen protector to find out that the prices have gone up drastically. They convinced me into getting one that was "scratch proof" and they GUARANTEED IT. After one week of having it, it was peeling, and scratched EVERYWHERE. I went back to show them and they acted all confused. We were there for an hour asking for either a refund, or a new screen protector. They refused to give us a new screen protector for free and wanted us to pay a difference for a new one. After we refused to not pay for so long, they finally gave us a new one for free (but not really for free because I originally paid for the first one that looked horrible). 30 Minutes after replacing the first one, this new screen protector is FULL of air bubbles. Not to mention, they made us walk around the mall to 3 different kiosks to 'try' to solve the issue. At this point I am not even going to bother going back so I STILL overpaid for something AND STILL lost my money. The WORST customer service, the absolute biggest scammers I have ever met in my entire life, the cheapest people I have ever met who do not care one bit about their customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Because of their 'new management' I will never go back and neither will my family or friends. Scammers.

Unprofessional and lie to their customers. I went to buy a screen protector, and they guaranteed that it was scratch proof, hammer proof, and had a lifetime warranty. I paid 20 for it, but after dropping it once (in the grass too) it got a giant scratch on it. I went back to replace it but they said that the replacements would be 10 each. So their "lifetime warranty" was a lie and the screen protectors are no better than ones you could buy anywhere else for much cheaper.

Same as other experienced. Unprofessional without much interest in your needs. After highlighting their no return policy and suggesting that I lied about knowing about it I would suggest you shop elsewhere for this type of commodity. Unless of course you're into feeling violated during your Saturday shopping experience, then yeah, this place is for you.
