Do not trust them. When I closed with them, we agreed payment would be 50% deposit and 50% AFTER the job was completed. Its what most businesses do, but it didn't go this way with them. Eric, the owner, demanded that I paid the final balance BEFORE the job was finished or he would RIP OUT my counter tops even though they still had more work to do. I was forced to pay more (75%) to avoid him damaging my property, even though the job was never finished and it was not what we had AGREED on. I was left with an unfinished counter top,a crooked back splash and they also didn't collect the old counter tops and sinks, and took the strainer for the sink. Don't let him sweet talk you.
We have used Eric on several countertop installs. He was always helpful, available and the work is clean and impeccible ! The installs are always on time . We wouldnt consider going elsewhere! We were always comfortable leaving Eric with deposits. His suggestions for our kitchen configurations were perfect! In fact we are using him again
