I rarely post reviews on Google - only where service providers go above and beyond. As a recent new homeowner, I'm delighted to say Cortel Group have been excellent throughout the process. Responsive, professional and extremely competitive pricing - the team have been wonderful throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Having gone through the process and now living in my dream home - it's easy to see why Cortel Group are considered world class in their industry. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Avoid them at all cost. Units were built with extremely poor craftsmanship and materials with a lot of cutting corners. They will never response to your email regarding any of the problem you might have found in your unit or if an issue with your unit had developed. Unprofessional reps that has no idea what is going on nor do they try to assist, basically figure it out yourself.. If you don't mind spending additional money on top of what you had spent on your new unit to fix or address certain issue since they will mostly try to avoid, then these are your type of developers..
Cortel group sold us a dream, not a home. The staff was super friendly and helpful. 2 years after moving into our home we still couldn’t be happier. Melissa & Clancy
I visited the sales office for the Abeja project on Jane and Rutherford last Sunday and I have to admit this is by far one of the best projects I have seen in 2020. I spoke to a representative named Vincent Ho. He was not only extremely well knowledgeable in the build but the entire project as a whole. Vincent was able to answer questions my agent didn't even know. I'm extremely confident in this project after our chat and I look forward to working with Vincent and this builder in the future.
