Sales staff are way too pushy. Leave me alone to shop, please. Holy... They just want to make sales. They don't care if you want something or not. Really annoying. Also, overpriced. Rabbit fur isn't expensive... And yet they are charging outrageous prices.

The sales staff seems very pleasant and helpful but I don't like to be bothered or harassed while I shop. If I need help I will ask someone. In the meantime, leave me to look around. I get the sense that management at this location puts pressure on the sales staff to sell and bother people. I get really turned off when I am pressured . For this reason, I will take my business elsewhere.

The store itself is well stocked and organized, and every time I shop at this location I have had good service, until today. An associate had made a mistake and over changed me by ten dollars; when I later realized and called I was told that the ten dollars would absolutely be refunded. Later, another associate named Melissa very rudely refused to refund the money, and then caused an uproar in the store. She screamed, and then dared us to call head office to report her. In my entire life I have never received such poor or rude customer service. Melissa has single handedly lost Danier this customer, as well as my family and another family friend who witnessed what unfolded today.

Looks like this store prefers to keep a purse and not make a sale due to a missing strap. They actually offered a silver strap for the gold colored purse we were interested in buying, even the matching strap was available on another purse. When I questioned if that is the way to sell things to a buying customer. What I believe is the store manager told us the store was closed while we were ready to pay at the register. I guess business must be really good lol.
