Long time client of State Farm, starting with Martin, David’s father. When I got my latest condo insurance renewal off it had gone up around 20%I called David Quinlan to find out why. All I got from an assistant was “The rates have gone up”. I asked to speak to David to see if he could find the reason No reply, nor were there any replies or explanations after three more calls. Finally called State Farm head office and received an explanation, Apartment building, general rate increase and my age (93). Not good but at least an explanation, which apparently was too much trouble for David to do. Callous and inhuman attitude.
