Deco homes has been very professional and responsive throughout our process of buying a house for the first time. The pandemic has been rough on us all, but Deco was able to accommodate and provide a wonderful service. While selecting our materials for our home, Vanessa sent us pictures prior to the meeting so we would be well prepared. While doing our PDI, Madalena was very helpful as she explained everything inside the house and caught important things that we missed. We are very pleased with our home!

My wife and I have had an amazing experience with Deco Homes. We originally chose Deco because of the experience my brother and sister in law had with them. Although we purchased in the crazy period of the pandemic, the staff at Deco were so attentive to any of our questions and worries. Most notably our decor specialist Diane, and Jordan the marketing manager. Diane was patient with us, in the decor studio we felt safe, all of the covid protocols were followed, and we never felt rushed. Jordan is always so responsive to any inquiry we have had from the first moment we purchased the home. Overall, the DECO team goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of, which is exactly what you hope for when you are purchasing a new home. Thank you DECO!

The person who took care of the service was great!! She was never rude and, she was also very speedy when responding to emails and calls. Deco Homes has provided me and my partner an amazing expert from the purchasing to the final delivery of our first home. Even through this pandemic they were able to deliver us our beautiful home. Virtual decor appointments were made easy as Vanessa was very organized and sent us images of everything prior to the call so we were able to come prepared. Madalenna did a great job walking us through the PDI and explained everything thoroughly. She even helped us note down items we did not catch ourselves. Overall we had an amazing experience as first time home buyers.
