Jonathan and his team are always so thorough! They do an amazing checkup and clean and always give great advice on regular upkeep and plenty of warning on what will need doing next, so no surprises. The entire team are great with big chickens, that’s me, not the kids, Jonathan even uses a kids sized needle for me. The team are so gentle and friendly that my kids can’t understand why people are frightened of a dentist! I moved away over 4 years ago and still travel an hour each way to see the team at Concord Dental Practice, a few hours driving is worth it for the fantastic service I receive.

Great dental practice, run by very passionate Dentists which is obvious in the exceptional service they provide. They are great with young children, especially Dr Kim. She has a very gentle and calming way with kids! Highly recommend.

I've been attending this practice for over 15 years and like a lot of people I had a fear of Dentists and would only go when it was an emergency. This practice is different in that they make you feel at ease and explain everything in a clear, concise and friendly manner that helps you handle your fear and understand what your issue is and how they'll fix it. All staff are so pleasant and engaging. Thank you Dr Jonathan and Dr Kim without you I'd have no teeth. Totally recommend this practice as the best I've ever attended.

The service here is absolutely impeccable. The reception staff are great and Dr. Trinh was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. - Everybody is friendly there. - Knowledgeable staff. - You don't feel like a patient being rushed out, ready for the next one. They take time to explain things thoroughly to ensure you understand. - They focus on prevention rather than cure, potentially saving you from losing a good amount of (and teeth). ________________________________ Overall a great dental practice and one that I would highly recommend to others who may be looking for a new one.

Before seeing Dr Jonathan, I was so worry about my teeth’s condition. With his explanation to everythings thoroughly and logically, my worry is gone. Really appreciate this level of respect to their patient. Reception is also quite firendly and helpful. A best dental place ever seen.
