Don't purchase your home from Fandor Homes, they will disappoint you to the max. Issues left right center, not professional at all!! These builders aren't experienced at all, as soon as you show interest in buying, they would raise the prices. I've recently booked my house with a different builder, I would recommend you guys to take a look at Brookfield Residential...they are on top of everything! Wish i could rate fandor homes zero stars, that one star doesn't count...

Fandor Homes has built a beautiful new home for me and my family at the highest standards. The place looks gorgeous. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. In addition to the home itself, the people have been great. It started with the selling representative, continued with the finishes rep to the site supervisor. They have all been very helpful and accommodating. Lastly, the builder was accommodating to help me and my family mitigate the impacts of the virus. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend this builder.
Fandor homes is Not a reliable company, please don't book your homes with this builder. Reputation of fandor homes is very poor, they would take your deposit and keep it for years. keep delaying the closing dates and wont give you house on time. quality of construction is poorly done, don't waste your time with these builders. Everyone who has bought a house with them are unhappy as you can see the reviews. The positive reviews are written by the workers of fandor homes themselves lol. The staff is utterly rude, and the builder Philip ZOCCOLI is not someone you guys wanna deal with. He doesn't reply back to emails or calls and when he does its to inform how the prices have went up. ZERO STARS FOR FANDOR HOMES!!!! BUY AT OWN RISK....
Fandor Homes is not professional at all, so think twice before you waste your time with this company. Very poor service, they never reply back to any emails and when they do they will send you a updated price list with higher price. Please don't do business with fandor homes, they don't know what they are doing and will keep wasting your time. Philip Zoccoli is one of the builders who I've spoken to, he's very rude and clearly doesnt know what he's doing. I had emailed him to book us an appointment but instead he didn't bother replying back and when he did after two days, it was to notify me how the prices went up. Again please dont deal with them, the previous reviews arent even good, many people have had issues with this comapany and Philip Zoccoli himself gave a review lol. This company isn't even known so buy at your own risk.
Thank god I haven't bought any house with fandor homes, very unprofessional. If you guys have money and time to waste then go ahead and book with them. I went on site and had a tour in the inside, the quality of the houses are very poor. They will charge a lot and use cheap supplies, its a complete rip off!!!
