Very disappointed with the management at this college. There wasn't even a course outline. When we had a test they never showed us where we went wrong. Other then when we first started. No mark update! No support at all from the college. Not even a tutor. When it came to the bathrooms there was time when there wasn't even soap or toilet paper.

My company did a team building cooking event at this location. We had an awesome time and highly recommend it. Our group included 13 Managers and we broke off into four teams each making a part of the meal that we then enjoyed together. Chef Mick was a great teacher and together with his assistants, they worked with each of our groups guiding us through the recipes and teaching us some chopping and cooking techniques along the way. We had a wonderful meal together and everyone enjoyed learning about our co-workers as we chopped, stirred and baked. I felt it was an excellent activity for bringing everyone together. The best part is that we received the recipes to try at home, including the creme brulee.
