Worst online shopping experience ever. I am a very frequent online shopper. All other brand stores offer return & refund option in store when you purchase something online, EXCEPT Forever21. You are either forced to take store credit or exchange. If you want refund, you should mail your items to Mississauga for which YOU should PAY the return shipping. So basically you are put in trouble either way. I am shocked to see that they don't allow 'returns in store' option for online orders. I never faced such a situation with any other brand. Never going to purchase from Forever21 or their online website.

Mens section is great.
In before it's closed permanently. Sells lots of cheap clothing. For better or for worse, the clothing is cheap and I guess kind of fashionable. The quality isn't great, but when it's cheap you kind of expect it. The store is quite large like other locations of this brand. Part of the mall a so lots of parking.
My favorite store. It is amazing! The staff are very helpful and kind, the clothes are very nice and good quality, and there is almost always amazing sales.
Impressively bad customer service. Refused to refund me when I came in to return an online order (even though the website, which I showed them clearly said I was entitled to a refund on my credit card). The manager said that their store wasn't responsible for what was written on their website and wouldn't honour their return policy. Ended up forcing me to take store credit, which is absolutely useless since I'm never going to shop at Forever 21 after this horrible experience. Also, I tried on a pair of pants in store and there was a sharp metal tag inside that left a long scratch on my leg.
Forever 21 was a great store for getting a fashion item on a bugdet especially for the plus size ladies. Sad to see it go!
Terrible customer service! I ordered online and went to vaughan mills branch to claim it without receiving the confirmation email. Staff kept on saying that Confirmation email is a must for me to get my item. Asked her if she could double check if they have my items yet cuz’ I tracked it and it says items were shipped to the branch already. I started to get mad so she checked it and I was right it’s ready for pick up. Told her that maybe they missed to send me mail because I did check my junk mail as well ever single day and she answered me back in a very rude manner that it could be in your junk mail.
Lots of (new) styles, excellent prices, and good quality (for the price). Staff quite helpful, if you can find one.
