Wow, WTH Went into the shop and a guy comes out from back very surprised I was there. Is this not a shop? Are you not open? He didn’t say anything just checked outside quickly then went back in the back leaving me alone in the shop. I asked to purchase some petrified tree. He again seemed distressed. I asked if you take visa. He said no. Ok, I don’t have enough cash on me, is there a nearby atm? “I don’t know you’ll have to talk to the owner” I was really confused why he wasn’t ok with me getting cash and buying one of his products. He finally gets a hold of the actual owner and says “I know I know I didn’t mean to bother you (as he stares at me), someone came in and wants to buy something, do you want to talk to him” (I’m pretty obviously a girl) Never coming back, telling others not to bother with this place that makes it so difficult to buy the clearly price tagged items for sale in their store. This is a very trustworthy shop with excellent fossils, aiming at client's 100% satisfaction. I can only recommend this place! I changed my mind on one of the orders I placed, the money was back in my account in a blink of an eye. The seller is extremely responsive, very helpful and knowledgable. All pieces are very transparently described, if one was touched-up, you will be well aware of that before buying - excellent and a "must" for me, but not the case in many other shops unfortunately...
