I had a visit in the store last week with my dad. we had problem with transferring a number to my account. one of the agents name Prat worked really well with patience with us. he was very caring and kind. although we didn't bought any products from the store. he really helped us with the issue until the end. I was amazed with outstanding customer service of Prat. and I should say I'm very satisfied with the level of services and rates of freedom mobile as well as the Vaughan mills store agent. and I would like to recommend it to everyone !!!

Went into this location today at vaughan mills mall. Had an amazing experience with the level of customer service provided by one of the top members of their team (Kathy). She was absolutely amazing with the transaction and helping me transition from my current phone to the new S20 Ultra :). She helped me pick out the best plan that would suit my business and the use of the phone to its full potential so its an asset rather than just a phone. Kathy was friendly and extremely knowledgeable in what spoke about. This has to be one of the best experiences i have had when upgrading to a new device and plan. Anyone looking for the right location and service under freedom mobile. Kathy at Vaughan Mills is your expert choice. Would definitely be recommending people to go see her for their phone needs.

Freedom really has the worst customer service! I called this location 8 times and just kept getting hung up on. But when I’m in the mall I see 3-4 people working are you telling me that no one can answer the phone??

I'm not one to usually write reviews but I wanted to make sure their manager knew that I was taken care of today by the 2 staff members that were working around 5PM today. Phenomenal service! I walked in inquiring about an issue with my current phone and after the issue was solved, I was helped out to get a second line for my brother. The staff took care of all my needs and even gave me a huge discount on the accessories for the device! I couldn't be any happier! Great service!

I deliberately waited before writing this review. 2 weeks ago, I switched to freedom because of the great service and offers I got from the staff at the kiosk. At first I was hesitant. But KATHY did everything in her power to make sure I am happy and comfortable with my new plan. And after two weeks in, I really am! Would totally recommend her service.
